Method

Idea

In the first phase, we hold an informative meeting, conduct a screening of subsidies, and make an initial eligibility check, concluding with a pre-feasibility opinion on the project.

Analysis

In the second phase, we proceed with an in-depth analysis of investments, indicators, feasibility levels, and potential criticalities to draft a project feasibility report for presentation.

Project

In the third phase, the company acquires all necessary documents, drafts the business plan, and validates the final dossier to proceed with presenting the definitive project and required attachments.

Disbursement

The last phase involves verifying expenditure titles, requesting advances, and progress payment certificates (PPC). Support activities are also provided during the expenditure monitoring phase.
